Built on the advanced GSK-Link industry spot BUS, the GSK980TDi integrates a BUS servo drive unit with a multi-core, 23-bit absolute encoder servo motor. This guarantees a 0.1μm level position accuracy, seamless servo parameter on-line configuration, and non-block mechanical zero return. The sleek, modern appearance is crafted by industry experts, while exhaustive research enhances efficiency, intelligent applications, user-friendly operations, and facilitates secondary development.

Leveraging the GSK-Link industrial fieldbus, the system's servo motors, paired with GR-L series servo devices and 25-bit or higher high-resolution absolute encoders, deliver nano-level interpolation. This ensures that the output accuracy aligns perfectly with the feedback accuracy of the servo motor encoder, culminating in unparalleled high-speed, high-precision machining.
During rough machining, a specific frequency sine/cosine wave interference is introduced to the feed axis, causing the tool to oscillate in the cutting track direction. This breaks continuous chips into manageable pieces, preventing them from entangling with the tool or workpiece, thereby reducing the risk of tool breakage or workpiece misalignment.
Equipped with 5 feed axes and 2 analog spindles, the system supports spindle orientation, rigid tapping, cylindrical interpolation, and polar coordinate interpolation when paired with the servo spindle. This functionality meets comprehensive turning and milling requirements.
During program processing, a 3D model of the workpiece simulates the real machining scenario, making the tool path more intuitive and simplifying the identification of programming errors.
The thread repair function enables the machine to restore damaged threads, be it large oil pipelines or screws, regardless of whether the machine tool is fitted with a servo spindle or an analog spindle.
For traditional polygon processing, power milling tools are usually used for processing. For occasions where high precision is not required the polygon turning function can be used to accelerate the processing of various polygons by the offset angle before synchronizing the workpiece axis with the main control axis and changing the speed ratio of the workpiece axis and the tool axis. |
The machine tool diagnostic feature graphically displays input and output signals on the machine structure diagram, facilitating a more intuitive and convenient fault diagnosis process.
