•Equipped with a low inertia spindle motor, this machine achieves rapid acceleration, enhancing tapping speed and quality. The spindle's direct drive includes an orientation function for improved performance.
Lead Screw
All three axes incorporate C3 grade precision screws with a pre-tensioning design. This feature effectively mitigates temperature rise, prolongs the screws' lifespan, and ensures precise repeated positioning.•
Line Track
The three axes utilize P-grade roller type rails, achieving exceptional rigidity and high load capacity in four directions through the contact between rolling elements and the sliding rail line.
