Spindle short nose straight connection design, the transmission efficiency of spindle motor to maximize the cutting rigidity, improve machining accuracy, and prolong the life of spindle.
Three axis adopts Taiwan HIWIN/PMI linear slide, with high rigidity low noise, low friction, high sensitivity, can improve the machining speed and accuracy.
The column design is raised, and the space for the fourth and fifth axis is reserved.
International standard is adopled for all three axes pre-drawing to compensate thermal deformation of the screw and improve its axial rigidity and machine rigidity, Adopt table made precision C3 silent screw.
All castings are made of high grade Meehanna cast iron and annealed to elminate internal stress to ensure machine stability and durable accuracy.
The lubrication system adopts volume distribution valve to ensure that all lubrication points are evenly supplied with oil, so as to maintain good lubrication and prolong the service life of the machine

2. Constructed from premium Yunnan cast iron, the bed and main components boast high specifications, utilizing an advanced resin sand casting process.
