Product Description
1) All the large pieces of machine foundation are cast with high quality gray cast iron and resin sand process. According to the dynamic analysis, it is guaranteed that it has good anti-distortion and anti-bending ability, and has good precision stability.
2) Two tempering treatments are carried out before the foundation large pieces are processed to eliminate the stress. The bed, sliding seat and front column guide rail are designed to be widened and are processed by imported plastic paste grinding, which ensures the rigidity and precision stability of the machine tool

2) The longitudinal movement of the sliding seat along the bed is the Z-axis. Z axis adopts AC servo motor and imported ball screw through elastic coupling, compact structure, smooth movement.
1) The worktable can be manually rotated 360 degrees, four points precise positioning (standard). Or CNC rotary table B (optional, subject to customer confirmation.)
Spindle bearing adopts high-precision tapered roller bearing, tool installation adopts disc spring clamping, hydraulic release structure. Between the spindle motor and the spindle, the synchronous gear belt and two gears are used to transfer power to the spindle.
