For the CNC machine casting, most of the materials on the market are HT250 and HT300 at present. HT250 material is not recommended because it is not rigid enough, easy to deform. While our cast iron is HT300 grade, and the internal stress of each casting is eliminated by tempering, vibration and natural aging treatment (6-12 months), which keep the casted iron long-time precision and rigidity without deformation. Our machine bed, column, spindle box and other key parts are made of Meehanite (dense drying) castings, stable organization, permanent quality. After finite element analysis of the casting computer calculation analysis, reasonable structural strength and reinforcement rib collocation, to provide high mechanical rigidity.

Precision assembling is a principal part of the installation of CNC machines. In addition to excellent components and casted irons, careful calibration is also essential. To ensure the precision of the machine, KINGSTEEI insists on completing all the assembly by ourselves, monitoring every detail and each step, and refining the assembly carefully. Each procedure has been strictly tested and recorded before proceeding to the next step.
