 1. The following is the general package: plastic box inside, then pack with carton box outside, sometimes will be

     wrapped with bubble bags. For heavy and large volume cargo which are shipped by ocean, we may pack with
     wood crate outside to protect products from being damaged or wet. 
  2. Customized package is available, just provide us with your detailed requirements. 

  1. Express: for most small and light cargo, ship them by express is more suitable, such as Fedex,
      DHL,TNT, UPS, EMS, it takes 3-5 days to arrive. 
  2. By Air: for some items that you are in urgent, we can arrange shipment by air, it takes 5-7 days to arrive.
  3. By ocean: it is suitable for some heavy and large volume cargo, if you are not so urgent, sea shipment
      is the most economic way for you.

  A2: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service for customers, just send us your design drawings if you have any customized items need
         to be made. 

  Q3: Do you accept low volume for sample order? And what's your MOQ for special tools?
  A3: Yes, our MOQ is 1 piece, and the sample lead time is 3 days. It can be negotiated for special requirement.

  Q4: If we want to work with you, is it possible to get confidentiality?
  A4: Sure, all your information including company info, drawings, PO details will be kept confidential, we can signed non-disclosure agreement.

  Q5: How long of the lead time?
  A5: for standrad items we have in stock, the lead time is within 3 days. 
        for non-standrad items need to be customized made, the lead time is within 7-15 days.

  Q6: Is free shipping possible?
  A6: We don't offer free shipping service,but we will give you some discount if you buy large quantity products. 
       We have discount on shipping cost from our courier companies,can offer you the cheapst shipping cost.
