1.VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER
1.1 DESCRIPTION
Machine tool features The main shafts all adopt wide-area high-torque spindle motors with outstanding advantages such as wide constant power range, large output torque, low noise, maintenance-free, high speed, and low failure rate. Cooperating with the high-rigidity integrated spindle unit, the heavy-duty cutting capability of the machine tool has been greatly improved, and the output torque of the spindle is twice that of ordinary models. The main structure of the machine adopts modularization, a strong and closed box structure design, with good overall rigidity and strong heavy-duty cutting capability X/Y axis heavy-duty roller linear guideway.
1.2 FEATURE
1.The XYZ three-axis adopts heavy-duty roller linear guide rail, which has the advantages of good dynamic characteristics, large load-carrying capacity, high running precision, no creeping at low speed, and small frictional resistance.
2.X/Y/Z axis feed mechanism: AC servo motor + coupling + high-precision ball screw (pre-tightening treatment is adopted between the ball screw and the nut, the whole stroke is inspected, and the clearance is eliminated structure.
3.The Z-axis is driven by a high-power servo motor with brake (without mechanical balance device) to ensure that the machine tool has a high dynamic response speed, and is equipped with a Sudden drop function (that is, Z-direction anti-fall and rapid lifting when power is off, preventing damage to tools or workpieces).

2. SERVICE
2.1TRAINING AND INSTALLATION
SiKai Factory supply the installation documents, if easy training can make video meeting by free. If need to to customer's factory to install and train, SiKai factory will arrange engineers go to user's factory , the cost of round-trip air ticket, board and lodging will by user, 200.00USD/days salary for each engineers.
2.2 AFTER SALES
1. From the BL date, the manufacturer will implement the "three guarantees" service for the product for one year (if the user causes damage due to his own reasons, an appropriate cost fee will be charged)
