Torno High Speed Precision Metal Turning Turret Horizontal Slant Bed Mini Dual Spindle CNC Lathe Machine
CNC Lathe Category 1.The machine tool control system adopts SYNTEC system, and other CNC systems are optional.
2.Interpolating the Y-axis structure to enhance milling rigidity
To achieve greater milling capability on the lathe base, the interpolation of the Y-axis structure is employed. The structure's center of gravity is closer to the machining point when interpolating the Y-axis, effectively utilizing gravity-driven effects and reducing machine tool vibrations.
3.Heavy-duty cutting, precision turning and milling
This series of machine models is specifically designed for heavy-duty cutting and precision turning and milling. The goal is to achieve a roughing single-side cutting depth of 5mm, precision turning accuracy of ≤0.008mm, and precision milling plane accuracy of ≤0.008mm.
4.Heavy-duty precision components
This series of equipment employs heavy-duty specifications in the selection of precision components. It includes a heavy-duty spindle composed of a rolling column-type five-axis bearing structure, heavy-duty sliding block paired with rolling column guides, and a servo turret with heavy hydraulic clamping. These components provide the machine tool with sufficient load capacity, reinforcing the rigidity of the machine tool.
5.High-low rail bed structure, enhancing load-bearing and rigidity
Utilizing a low center of gravity weighted base and incorporating a technical innovation from the inclined rail bed to the high-low rail Z-axis bed, the X-axis saddle's coordination with the bed has been upgraded from the original inclined suspension to an upright configuration. This enhancement improves the load-bearing capacity of the bed and the overall rigidity of the machine tool.
6.High precision, meeting requirements
In the dual-spindle version, parts can be automatically flipped for machining through an automatic docking feature. The static docking precision can reach 0.005mm, and the rotational docking precision can reach 0.01mm, meeting the requirements for parts with high positional tolerance for flipping.
7.Modular design, flexible application

There are three types of Y-axis structures, three types of tailstock modes, and various interchangeable components that support cross-configurations, such as different specifications of spindles, servo spindle motors with different power ratings, and turrets with different positions.
