BPXGY series rinsing/filling/capping three-in-one machine is a combination of advanced filling technology independently researched and developed by our company especially for filling water, juice, beer, carbonated beverages, dairy, etc. The machine adopts the bottleneck positioning and conveying method, and it can be applied to various sizes of bottles with only a few changing parts. The filling method is isobaric filling, and the specially designed filling valve can precisely control the filling level. Sanitary circulation pipelines provide a reliable guarantee of product quality.
★ Washing Part:
1). This machine is a rotary rinser, which is mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverages, water, and other products. The bottle is then sent to the filling machine for product filling.
2). The PET bottle enters the equipment from the bottle-separating star wheel, and the bottle mouth is clamped by the clamp and the turning mechanism, and the bottle mouth is turned to the bottle mouth downward. After being rinsed with sterile water, it is drained, and the bottle mouth is automatically turned over until the bottle mouth faces upward. installed. The main structure of the equipment is in contact with the flushing medium and the external protective cover is made of high-quality stainless steel; open gear transmission.
3). The new stainless steel clamp has a simple structure and is easy to adjust; the contact area with the bottle mouth is small, which effectively avoids secondary pollution to the bottle mouth.
4). The water inlet pipe of the rinser is equipped with a pressure control component to avoid damage to the distribution plate of the rinser due to pressure fluctuations.
5). The rinser is equipped with a drip tray to recover rinse water.
6). When rinsing the bottle, the flushing volume of each bottle is 105ml/s (at 0.25MPa).
7). The unique design of the rinse clamp is made of castings to eliminate the risk of deformation.
8). The rinse guide rail is equipped with lubricating water spray, which greatly prolongs the service life of the guide rail.
9). The bottle-rinsing guide rail is made of oil nylon, which ensures sufficient strength and precision.
★ Filling Part:
1)The filling part realizes filling the beer into the washed bottles sent by the rinser.
2)The filling machine is designed and manufactured by our country introducing German technology, using two CO2 replacements combined with the principle of isobaric filling.
3)The filling valve adopts a multi-channel mechanical valve, which is fast and sensitive in filling and has high filling level precision.
4)The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to stabilize the bottle lifting and centering.
5)The bottle guide system has a simple structure and can be quickly and easily changed according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts the bottleneck structure for transportation.
6)The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and faults are displayed online, such as blocked bottles, missing caps, etc.
7)The material in the filling tank is automatically controlled, and the liquid level is detected by a liquid level sensor to ensure a stable liquid level and reliable filling.
★ Capping Part:
1)The capping part twists the cap sorted by the cap organizer onto the filled bottle, and sends it to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain.
2)The capping machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. The cap leaves the hopper from the cap outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the reverse cover passes, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the reverse cover is automatically blown into the hopper by the wind. Only the front cover can smoothly enter the chute, and the amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover feeder to ensure the best effect of the lower cover. When the front cover enters the slideway, it can smoothly enter the cover feeding tray. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is also configured on the slideway to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding tray is correct. A pair of Photoelectric switches, when it detects that there is no cover, will stop the host immediately. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without the anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the outlet of the hopper to meet this function.
3). The capper is magnetic capping, with an overload protection function, and the capping torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing cover, high cover, crooked cover, or curling of the cover.
★ Machine support:
1) The frame is welded with high-quality carbon steel, the surface is treated with rust prevention and spraying, and the surface is covered with stainless steel plate (SUS304).
2) The transmission system of the three-in-one machine is located under the table of the frame, driven by the main motor, and adopts a gear transmission method.
3) The transmission gear adopts a cross arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.
4) The transmission technology of the three-in-one machine adopts synchronous transmission technology, stable transmission, and low energy consumption.
5) The output shaft of the main motor is equipped with an overload protection mechanism to effectively ensure the safety of the machine.
6) The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which can automatically add lubricating oil to equipment transmission gears and other parts, effectively improving the life of the equipment.
★ Control system and operator panel:
1) The electric control cabinet is made of carbon steel sprayed plastic material, and PLC automatically completes the whole process control of the three-in-one bottle filling machine from a bottle in to a bottle out.
2) This machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can conveniently adjust the production capacity appropriately.
3) The main electrical components, electronic control valves, frequency converters, etc. are all imported parts to ensure the excellent performance of the whole machine.
4) The control system has functions such as automatic liquid level control, automatic detection of missing caps, automatic stop of jammed bottles, and output counting.
